Design a large-scale statement installation for a blank feature wall that incorporated themes of nature, grounding, and lunar energy.

The final piece took the form of a living moon goddess — an ethereal sculptural installation layered with preserved moss, natural plant life, and a softly illuminated moon centerpiece. Inspired by the connection between earth and cosmos, the work reflects the balance between grounding and dreaming: the nature that roots us, the stars we exist beneath, and the moon that quietly brings our dreams and serves as a guiding, inspiring light.
While visually striking during the day, the piece fully transforms in the evening as the glowing moon and ambient lighting bring the environment to life and deepen the atmosphere of the space.

fun project fact
The moon is made out of air dry clay and is about 20” wide. The greenery is real, preserved moss. The “stars” are inset LED lights to pair with the light element surrounding the moon to help the entire piece glow and illuminate.
