‘Transcend’ is a piece dedicated to the exchange of emotion and a physical representation of an ethereal transition from one plane to the next, and perhaps back. Parts feel organic and loose, like meditative water mixing with energy. Other elements are tightly constricted, similar to our Earthly connections, the limitations of our present understanding, and the confusion of our human emotions. There’s a push and pull dynamic in the joining and separation between the two dynamic parts. It ask what lies beyond, in the unknown experiences between two spaces, once we transcend as spirit, as muse, and as soul.
